Scores are recalculated every Sunday midnight. The formula is fixed and public — you can calculate your expected score yourself.

+ Complete profile — website + GCash + logo all set +30 pts
+ Admin verified ✓ — listing reviewed and approved +20 pts

Mga Tanong

Can I pay to rank higher?
Hindi. Walang bayad na magpapataas ng ranking mo. Ang tanging paraan ay tunay na customer reviews at kumpleto na profile.
When does my score update?
Agad-agad — kapag na-approve ng admin ang isang review, naidadagdag ang points sa iyong score kaagad. Ang weekly recalculation tuwing Sunday ay para sa full rescore at historical snapshots (weekly top, monthly top, etc.).
Do negative reviews hurt my score?
Oo — ang 1★ at 2★ reviews ay nagbibigay ng mas kaunting points kaysa 5★. Pero hindi sila nagbabawas ng points. Ang pinakamahusay na depensa ay mas maraming magagandang reviews.
What if a review is fake?
I-report ito sa admin. Ang bawat review ay may kasamang Facebook profile para sa verification. Ang fake reviews na napatunayan ay tinatanggal at ibinabalik ang score.
Can I see my score breakdown?
Makikita mo ang iyong kasalukuyang score sa iyong My Business dashboard. Ang detalyadong breakdown ay available sa admin panel.
