01 About SinoUna PH

SinoUna PH (sinouna.czerwin.net) is a free local business ranking platform operated by Czerwin (sole proprietor). It allows businesses in Village East, Cainta and nearby areas to list themselves and receive customer reviews. Rankings are based on verified customer reviews and profile completeness — not paid placement.

By using this platform — whether as a business owner, a reviewer, or a visitor — you agree to these Terms of Service.

02 For Business Owners — What You Agree To

When you register your business on SinoUna PH, you agree to the following:

Important: By submitting your business for listing, you explicitly acknowledge that negative reviews from real customers — after verification by our team — may be published. This is the foundation of an honest ranking system. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not list your business.

03 Review Policy

All reviews submitted on SinoUna PH go through a moderation process before being published. Our team checks:

Reviews that pass moderation are published regardless of whether they are positive or negative. We do not suppress reviews simply because a business owner objects to them.

Reviews are the opinions of the individual reviewer, not of SinoUna PH or its operator. SinoUna PH does not independently verify the factual accuracy of every claim in a review — we verify the identity of the reviewer, not the content.

04 Negative Reviews & Cyber Libel

SinoUna PH operates as a platform, not a publisher. Reviews are user-generated content. The legal responsibility for the content of a review lies with the reviewer who wrote it, not with SinoUna PH.

Under Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012), cyber libel applies to the person who makes a defamatory statement — not to a platform that provides the space for users to express opinions, provided the platform acts in good faith and has a moderation process.

SinoUna PH's protections include:

If a reviewer submits a knowingly false and defamatory review, the legal exposure is theirs — not SinoUna PH's. We will cooperate with lawful requests to identify reviewers in cases of verified legal complaints.

05 Platform Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SinoUna PH and its operator shall not be liable for:

SinoUna PH is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the platform:

07 Takedown & Dispute Process

If you are a business owner and believe a published review is false, fabricated, or violates these terms, you may request a review by:

We will review your dispute within 5 business days. Our decision is final. We will remove reviews that are clearly fabricated or violate our prohibited conduct rules. We will not remove reviews solely because they are negative or because the business owner disagrees with them.

08 Privacy

We collect the information you provide during signup (business info, contact details, photos) and reviews (name, Facebook profile link, rating, review text).

Reviewer Facebook profile links are used for identity verification only. They are not displayed publicly on the site.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may store data on servers operated by our hosting provider (AgilaHost) located in Singapore.

By using SinoUna PH, you consent to this data collection and storage.

09 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

Relevant laws include but are not limited to: Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and the Civil Code of the Philippines.
